Privacy Policy
What we collect on this website, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it.
The short version
- We collect what you type into our quote form, plus ordinary analytics about how the site is used.
- We use it to reply to you and to run our business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
- Our hosting, database, analytics, and email all run on Google. Google sees this data as our service provider.
- Email kingsagoenterprise@gmail.com and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how King Sago Enterprise (“King Sago”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information on kingsagoenterprises.com, including the quote form and the review pages we host under this domain.
It does not cover the websites and software we build and host for our clients. When a customer of one of our clients enters their details on a store we built, that data belongs to our client. We handle it on their instructions as their service provider — see Data we hold for clients and our Data Processing Addendum. That client’s own privacy policy governs it.
What we collect
What you give us
When you fill in the quote form on our home page, we receive and store your name, email address, business name if you enter one, and your answers about project type, goal, timeline, and budget, along with any message you write. The form requires a name and an email so we can reply; everything else is optional.
If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence and whatever you tell us in it.
If you leave feedback through a review page we host for one of our clients, we receive your rating, your comment, and your name and email if you choose to add them.
What we collect automatically
- With your quote request: the date and time you sent it and your browser user-agent string, which tells us what browser and device it came from. We keep it to spot spam and broken submissions.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, which records pages you view, how you arrived, roughly where you are (from your IP address, which Google truncates), your device and browser, and a random identifier stored in a cookie so repeat visits can be counted as one visitor.
- Hosting logs: our host, Google Firebase Hosting, logs requests to the site including IP address, timestamp, and the page requested, as part of running and securing the service.
What stays in your browser
When you use the light/dark toggle, your choice is saved in your browser under
ks-theme. It never reaches us. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
What we never ask for here
This site has no accounts and no passwords, and we take no payments through it. We do not ask for card numbers, Social Security or other government numbers, precise location, biometric or health data, or any other sensitive category of personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare a quote, and talk through a possible project.
- To provide and support work you have hired us for, and to invoice for it.
- To pass private review feedback to the business it was written about.
- To understand which pages and services people are interested in, and to improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and to detect, prevent, and investigate spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To keep ordinary business records and to comply with the law, including tax and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold any. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not send it to data brokers or advertising networks, and this site carries no advertising or marketing pixels. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote — if we ever start a mailing list, it will be one you choose to join.
Because we do not sell or share personal information in that sense, there is nothing here for a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link to switch off. We honor Global Privacy Control signals regardless.
How long we keep it

Backups can hold copies for a short period after deletion; those expire on their own cycle.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions go straight into a database whose rules allow new entries to be written but allow nobody to read, change, or delete them from the browser — only our own server-side code and our admin accounts can read them. Those accounts require two-factor login, and access is limited to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is safe from every risk. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and any regulator that has to be told, as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
Whatever state you live in, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, and who we have shared it with.
- Give you a copy of it in a portable form.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it, unless we have to keep it for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
- Stop contacting you — just say the word and we will close the thread.
Several states — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Florida, and others — give residents rights along these lines, and their laws generally apply to businesses above a size or data-volume threshold that a business of our size does not meet. We honor these requests anyway, from anyone who asks. You will never be charged or treated differently for making one, and if we turn a request down we will tell you why and you can ask us to look again.
Making a request
Email kingsagoenterprise@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or call (941) 525-2663. Tell us what you want us to do and give us enough detail to find your records — the email address you used on the form is usually enough.
We will confirm we got your request and respond within 45 days. If it is complicated, we may take up to another 45 days and will tell you before we do. We may need to check you are who you say you are before we hand over or delete anything, and an authorized agent acting for you should send written proof of that authority.
Data we hold for clients
When we build, host, or maintain a website or application for a client, we come into contact with personal information about their customers — names, addresses, orders, messages. We are a service provider for that data. We use it only to run and support the site we built, on the client’s instructions. We do not sell it, we do not use it for our own purposes, and we do not combine it with anything else.
The terms are in our Data Processing Addendum. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want your data seen, corrected, or deleted, contact that business — they decide, and we act on it. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request on.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Other sites and services
Our site links to other websites, including our clients’ sites and our Google Business Profile. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else’s site under their privacy policy, and this one no longer applies.
Where your data is processed
We operate from Florida, and the services we use store and process data in the United States. Our database is hosted in Google’s multi-region United States location. If you are visiting from outside the US, you are sending your information to the US, where privacy laws differ from those where you live.
Changes
We will update this policy when what we do changes — a new tool, a new service, a new legal requirement. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold about you, we will tell you directly where we have a way to reach you.
