Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. The terms of any project we build for you are agreed with you directly.
The short version
- This page is about the website — reading it, browsing it, and sending us a quote request. It is not the agreement for design, development, hosting, or support work.
- Prices published here are estimates so you know what to expect. They are not offers, and sending the quote form does not put either of us under contract.
- The words, design, code, and photographs on this site belong to us or to our clients. Please do not republish them.
- We cannot promise particular business results, and our liability for your use of the site is capped.
Who we are
This website, kingsagoenterprises.com, is operated by King Sago Enterprise (“King Sago”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a web design and software business based in Florida. You can reach us at kingsagoenterprise@gmail.com or (941) 525-2663.
Accepting these terms
By visiting this site or sending us anything through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you are confirming you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
You need to be at least 18 to send us a quote request or any other message through this site.
What this site is
This site describes what we do and how to get in touch. Everything on it is general information about our services — it is not professional, legal, financial, or veterinary advice, and it is not a recommendation about how you should run your business.
Some of what we build touches industries with their own rules — live-animal sales, shipping, and payment processing among them. A website we build does not make your business compliant with those rules. Whether you may sell, ship, or take payment for a given animal or product is between you, your carrier, your payment processor, and the law that applies to you.
Quote requests and prices
The packages and prices on our pricing page are published so you can see roughly what a project costs before you call. They are estimates, not offers, and we may change them at any time. Prices are in US dollars and do not include third-party costs such as payment processing fees, advertising spend, or services you buy directly from another provider.
Sending the quote form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to go ahead. Anything we actually build for you — the scope, the price, the schedule, and the terms — is agreed with you directly for that project. Where those terms and this page differ, what we agreed with you for the project controls.
We aim to reply to quote requests within one business day, but we cannot guarantee a response time and we may decline any request.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its intended purpose. Please do not:
- Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or use someone else’s contact details.
- Send automated, bulk, or repeated submissions through our forms, or use them to deliver advertising, solicitations, or spam.
- Try to reach any part of the site, our hosting, or our databases that is not meant to be public, or probe, scan, or test our security.
- Interfere with how the site runs, or introduce malware or anything else harmful.
- Scrape or harvest the site’s content or contact details, including to train a machine learning model or to build a competing service.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes someone else’s rights.
We may block access or remove content if we believe any of this is happening.
Our content and client work
The text, layout, design, code, graphics, and photographs on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The King Sago name and logo are our marks. You may read pages, link to them, and share them for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, resell, or make derivative works from any of it without our written permission.
Work we show for clients — screenshots, site designs, business names, and logos — is shown with their permission and remains theirs. Nothing here gives you a right to use it.
What you send us
When you send us a message, a quote request, or feedback through a review page we host, you confirm that it is yours to send and that it is not unlawful or infringing. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store it and to use it to reply to you, prepare a quote, and run our business.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. No passwords, no card numbers, no government identifiers, no health information. If we need something sensitive during a project, we will arrange a safer way for you to send it.
If you send us an idea or suggestion about our services, we may use it without owing you anything for it.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party sites and services
This site links to other websites and relies on services run by other companies — hosting and analytics among them. We do not control those sites or services, we are not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
No guarantee of results
Anything on this site about traffic, search rankings, leads, or sales describes what is possible, not what is promised. Search engines, marketplaces, advertising platforms, and payment processors set their own rules and change them without telling us. We do the work well; we cannot guarantee an outcome, and no result described anywhere on this site should be read as a promise of the same result for you.
The site is provided as is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that everything on it is complete or current. We may change, suspend, or take down any part of the site at any time.
Some states do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, King Sago and the people who work with us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this site — even if we have been told those damages are possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, and it does not change or limit what we agreed with you for a project we are actually building — that agreement carries its own terms.
Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If your use of this site breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses, costs, and legal fees arising from it. We will tell you promptly about any such claim, and you may take over its defense, though we may participate at our own cost.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant we will say so on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this site or these terms belongs in the state or federal courts serving Sarasota County, Florida, and both of us agree those courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of where you live.
Other terms
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours if our business is sold or reorganized. The sections on content ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive after you stop using the site. Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms are the whole agreement between us about your use of this website.
